A group of IAB researchers including Prof. M. Itaya working in collaboration with Prof. Y. Sakakibara at Faculty of Science and Technology, Keio University published the findings of a new study entitled “Whole genome assembly of a natto production strain Bacillus subtilis natto from very short read data” in BMC Genomics on April 16, 2010.
