IAB analyzed the components of taste & flavor of Dadacha-mame(local variety of green soybeans) by Metabolome analysis. This is a collaborative research project with Yamagata University (Dr.Hiroaki Egashira, Faculty of Agriculture) and RIKEN PSC(Dr.Kazuki Saito).
