Metagenomic and metabolomic analyses reveal distinct stage-specific phenotypes of the gut microbiota in colorectal cancer

Project Professor Shinji Fukuda of IAB in collaboration with a group of researchers including Graduate School of Medicine Osaka University, Dept. of Life Science and Technology Tokyo Institute of Technology and the Institute of Medical Science the University of Tokyo, published the findings of a new study entitled "Metagenomic and metabolomic analyses reveal distinct stage-specific phenotypes of the gut microbiota in colorectal cancer " in Nature Medicine on June 7, 2019.
