The 9th Bio-Summit for High School Students

The 9th Bio-Summit in Tsuruoka (sponsored by Yamagata pref., Tsuruoka city and IAB, Keio University) was held for 3 days in Tsuruoka City from Jul 29 to 31, 2019.
About 260 high school students throughout Japan gathered and made 106 poster presentations on their daily research results during the event.

Major award winners:
• Gifu High School(Gifu): Award of the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology
• Matsuyama High School(Saitama): Award of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare
• Seishin High School(Okayama): Award of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries
• Gifu High School(Gifu): Award of the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry
• Tottori Nishi High School(Tottori): Award of the Minister of Environment
