The research group of Project Assistant Professor Nobuaki　Kono and Associate Professor Kazuharu Arakawa of IAB in collaboration with RIKEN, Kyoto University and Spiber Inc., published the findings of a new study entitled "Multicomponent nature underlies the extraordinary mechanical properties of spider dragline silk" in Proceedings of the National Academy of Science of the United States of America on July 27, 2021.
