New product completed through industry-government-academia joint research

Under the Bio-Cluster Formation Promotion Project, which promotes industry-government-academia joint research in Yamagata prefecture, research institutions including Yamagata Research Institute of Technology and the Institute for Advanced Biosciences collaborated with Hanzawa Keiran Co. Ltd. to develop new products, "Smoked Egg Gelato" and "Rich Egg Gelato".
