Research Outcomes of Industry-Government-Academia Joint Research on Cherry Quality Preservation

IAB conducted a joint research project in collaboration with Yamagata Sanso Co., Ltd. and the Shonai Testing Center of the Yamagata Prefectural Industrial Technology Center. The research outcomes for establishing long-term storage technology for cherries produced in Yamagata Prefecture using gas-filled packaging have been announced.
This is one of research outcomes conducted through the Yamagata Prefecture Bio-Cluster Formation Promotion Project.
