New product completed through industry-government-academia joint research

Under the Bio-Cluster Formation Promotion Project, which promotes industry-government-academia joint research in Yamagata prefecture, research institutions including Yamagata Research Institute of Technology and the Institute for Advanced Biosciences collaborated with Agricultural Production Corporation Aioi Co. Ltd. to develop new products, "Chicken Flakes" and "Chicken Powder".
