Partially hydrolyzed guar gum attenuates symptoms and modulates the gut microbiota in a model of SARS-CoV-2 infection

The research group including Project Professor Shinji Fukuda and Project Research Associate Jiayue Yang of IAB in collaboration with a group of researchers of Institute of Medical Science the University of Tokyo and Metagen Inc., published the findings of a new study entitled "Partially hydrolyzed guar gum attenuates symptoms and modulates the gut microbiota in a model of SARS-CoV-2 infection " in Gut Microbiome on January 14, 2025.
